Bihu

Til Ladoo, also known as “Til Pitha” or “Tilor Laroo” in Assam, is a popular traditional sweet made from sesame seeds (til) and jaggery. It is widely prepared during the Assamese festival of Magh Bihu (Bhogali Bihu), which is a harvest festival celebrated in January.
